I recently ran the London marathon in April 2025 and I was traveling through Europe for several weeks after. I first called this location and had a wonderful sales associate help me. They offered for me to bring my items to them which they would pack or I could select a box to bring it back to my hotel to pick for them to ship. It was an extremely seamless process, and my package arrived back to the United States within three days. Absolutely wonderful staff, many options, FedEx was delightful. In this experience was seamless. Thank you to the staff for all the help and for shipping all my merchandise from the expo and a ton of Jelly Cats back to the United States.

I was quoted over £290 to ship a single package, domestically. I said I thought it would be maybe £40. Was told then the best possible price was £192. It wasn't worth that so I was going to chuck it, and told £145. I had a train to catch so paid £145 and left. Expect to pay anywhere from 4X to 8X the actual cost of Fedex here (I checked online the next day, cost with Fedex was £34).

I visited that store which supposedly handles Fedex parcels as I had to return a parcel, which already had a Fedex return label on it. However the agent there told me that I still had to pay a handling fee to return the parcel which had a prepaid return label sticked on it. When I enquired about how much that fee was, the agent told me that I had to complete an entire form first. This raised some red flags and I left immediately.

This guy is a scammer. Do not use this place. He showed me expensive rates to send two boxes from London to the USA. I thought it was my only option. He told me it would arrive in a week with Economy shipping. It arrived in 18 hours with express shipping. I have never seen a Fedex package arrive so fast. He lied to me and I substantially over paid for shipping because of it.

BE CAREFUL - PREDATORY PRICING PRACTICES. The lady doing the printing is sneaky, deceitful and extremely aggressive. She didn't inform us of the price of printing (£2.5 per page) before she printed a lot of documents. When we queried the price she became extremely aggressive almost to the point of violence. We were quite shocked at how aggressive, angry, and malicious this lady working there was. She is such a rude and mean lady. We will not be back.

Useless won't accept packages and don't have any useful information, don't bother
