I’ve recently taken out 2 storage units at West Molesey and Steve Richards has been really helpful, as I had a number of questions. I have also purchased some boxes from them. Thanks for all your help Steve.

Absolutely amazing establishment..

Steven and his colleagues are absolutely amazing, informative, helping, patient, kind, friendly, caring. Have an excellent communication. And everyone iv also spoke to there as far as other customers have also been happy with their storage, their space the size, even the entrance in and out,

The kindness, patience and understanding of everyone’s each indivual circumstances,,
I met so many people there and we all had different reasons for using the storage.
But the staff were so helpful. More so Steve , with his real support and understanding, he communication was also as prompt, efficient and respectful. He worked with his team always but was also able to commmibicate with our external resources who were in support of myself during this town, to help make my life easier, and altogether make it a more enjoyable and easier process and experiences during one the most stressful and hard times iv ever endured I. 42 years.

But with all the all round support in this way, my storage was well looked after, the establishment was always clean and tidy, I was always spoken to by my first name which I’d consented at the beginning which was nice to hear.
I could ask questions freely.
The place was emptied also. And even then was wished good luck with the future ahead.

And felt like a really welcomed consumer from start to finish.

And owe the team a lot for helping me when at a low place ., helping making it easier and calmer, and kind and friendly and helpful

Best storage facility by far as many of us and others have had experiences either different external lock ups or garages and by far everyone seemed to prefer and like this.

I even had friends come to help me shocked and said they never expected a place to be like this.
I said what to you mean.

They said look how clean the whole facility is,
The space is amazing in the rooms,
They’re very secure,
Liked the security levels from the lift to the locks we could purchase,
How easily it was to use the other items to bring items back and forth.

Only critic would be to have another large waste bin for disposing cardboard/paper and plastic.
And may be one for clothes and other items.

As there’s wasn’t any rubbish or bin facilities meaning we would have. To take empty boxes back in the car or bags … where we simply needed bins, for rubbish. Which I grouched should be standard at a facility managing storage ..

This would have make it 11 out of 10 stars had these all be provided.

As we are people of all ages I saw people in there 80s90s there,
Our generation 40s - 60s

I see younger 30s to 40s

But as older and on disability with 3 chronic illnesses it’s painful to move lift , walk for too long and stand too long also,
So to then have to drag down rubbish and boxes and waste we no longer need we simply need bins for these things.

So we are able to not have to put them back into our car and then try to find somewhere else to dispose of these things before going back to our homes to reload more stuff to bring into storage or from storage to bring back home.

It’s a little extra hassle I believe no one neeeds and would grateful appreciated.

But with all that said and done I truly do and sincerely appreciate all the help and support

And am extremely grateful to Steve and the team for nearly half a years worth of communication, kindess, distress, team work, prompt ness, friendliness and empathy.

Thank you as I shall never forget all of those that helped me during an extremely important and scary time in my life for many reasons, if not experienced before ever.
But this was all managed correctly from the beginning to the end with efficiency, promptness, open communication, a great deal of understanding and working together,

Thank you so so much il never ever forget how much you helped
And you should be proud as so many other people also value this storage facility in west Molesey too,, much better then probably all the other competitors .. for sure ,
