Great experience - needed a replacement key fob sent out to us at short notice for our rental car, and we were well taken care of by Gregg. Super responsive to my many questions and was able to turn around the courier extremely quickly. A real breath of fresh air to have our text messages responded to in a couple of minutes, after waiting hours for updates from the vehicle recovery company. Great service from Jason and the team. My reason for giving 4 stars is that after being told I would be informed on the progress of my parcels' travel, I had to call over and over to ask if it had been delivered. Thankfully it was, but please don't keep customers in the dark like that! other than that, great service

Brilliant service from Jason and the team. Needed a high value item shipping to eBay centre. Jason had a driver arrive in under an hour and it was eBay 1 hour later. They got names, signature and a photo showing proof of delivery.

If you want a fast efficient service use Sane Day People Limited. I had spent frustrated hours waiting for quotes going backwards and forwards. One phone call and within 5-10 minutes the urgency of my request was met. Turn around time was as promised by there Managing Director. Integrity and sensitivity to our organization was exhibited in the swift calls that were made to ensure our parcel arrived which was time sensitive. Excellent service, competitive pricing, and faultless communication process. These guys were brilliant all the way through.
I was in a tricky situation, as I needed to send a sample from Leeds to Manchester at very short notice for an important client. The sample was collected from my house at a time of my choosing, and taken straight across to our client and delivered safely, in time for the project meeting.
