We cannot recommend Colin highly enough! His service, updates, and communication is by far the best we have received out of a courier so far. He genuinely wants to provide a good service and leave customers happy. He helped us take apart a sofa, and spent a lot of time with us getting it into the basement of our house. We also had very good feedback from the people that Colin picked up the sofa from - he provides a genuine, honest, reliable and friendly service

I can't fault Colin and his delivery service. He moved some furniture from my mother's house to her sheltered accommodation and was great to work with at every step.
Excellent communication to set up logistics, charming and hard working at pickup (finding solutions to any difficulty), clear on arrival time my end. At the accommodation he was so nice to everyone he met that he practically made new friends!
I was particularly impressed with the way he stayed that extra 15 mins to make sure everything was set up and working smoothly before he left.

I used The Running Parcel to deliver a sofa from Chelmsford to Norwich. Not only was the price the best I was quoted but Colin was professional and timely with all communications. The sofa was at my parents house and it was picked up on time and with care and attention to my parents needs and home. It was then delivered and carried into my home in Norwich the same day. I couldn't have asked for any more. I had no idea services like this even existed let alone could be so courteous and professional. 5 stars
