Worst service ever - they just dropped their heavy parcel downstairs and was saying come down to collect it yourself! for £150 you seriously just don’t expect that.
And to reply to your almost automatic reply - you definitely do not take customer serves seriously - after calling all day and expressing my worry that heavy goods were not delivered and just left exposed in unsafe place, I was told deal with it myself! Being in construction industry I Never came across such low and unresposive service in UK before!
