It's a useful place..

Most items stocked.... Was looking for paint ....it's selection ok...also stocking car spray paints ( rattle cans). Some Wilko branded stock on the shelves.

The shop has most things for the home...with a garden section.

Staff are usually pleasant and helpful.

I visited the store on Thursday 20th February as I was paying the computer froze as I swiped my card so I was moved to another checkout. Both payments were taken but when I returned to request a refund the manager refused to reimburse me. He and a male colleague were extremely rude. The female assistants tried to be helpful. Terrible experience altogether

Be careful what you buy and make sure its not faulty in any way as refused to take back a mirror that fell off the wall and broke because the fixing point in the frame broke " not fit for purpose" but no they wouldn't take it back as faulty goods as l'd had it too long. Just outside their time frame.
Cost £120 .
What a waste of my money!

Went into The Range in Babbacombe for some bedding for house guests and stumbled upon their lovely wee cafe upstairs. The Costa coffee and sausage roll was to die for. Mark in the cafe was efficient, polite and super funny. Thanks for the laughs and the excellent service Mark! 🙏♥️ Keep up the excellent work. Loads of parking and the prices are brilliant in here. I’m hooked! Tonnes of amazing bargains for the garden in here too!

They got everything at a great price. We had a tea at the small cafe area. Only 4 stars as when we got to get food, they didn't have basics as bacon nor sausages, and it was just 10am otherwise great shopping experience

My partner and I like go at the Range quite often.
They do have everything for the house.
If you need some paint or simple things to decorate the house they do have them.
And I found myself that they do have also a large selection for cleaning staff (detergent, softener, stain remover, sponges, etc...).
My partner bought a lamp shade and he asked me to take it back. I did but I didn't have the card that he used to pay.
The lady of costumer service solve the situation. She put the refund on a gift card.
