Excellent service from start to finish - I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team. I needed to clear my parents' house to sell the property and this company are reliable, efficient, punctual and extremely friendly. They cleared everything I asked them to, which involved several visits, and made the whole process from booking the vans to completely clearing the house very simple. I would not hesitate to recommend The Property Clearance Company. From start to finish, they were extremely helpful and professional. Having never had to clear a house before, Nichola answered all my questions quickly and sensitively. All communication was good and I knew what the plan was well in advance. On the days they came over with their vans, all members of staff were friendly, respectful and nothing was a problem for them. They worked so hard! I am so glad that I found this company to clear my Dad's house. Great service!

The team arrived early at 07:30 on Sunday morning. They were scheduled to arrive between 08:00 -09:00, so it was nice to see a company that respects timekeeping but in this case exceeded it. I showed the team around my mothers home and then left them to it. I returned an hour later and the house was cleared. A polite, efficient and professional service. Highly recommendable..!

June and Victoria were friendly and helpful. We had 2 vans to clear the house. We left notes as to which items to leave. They were so thorough they took the kitchen sink bowl, tea towels that were in a cupboard, the towel, hand wash and towel from the bathroom. My fault for not leaving a note. Thank goodness they left the toilet paper!! June recommended that we should have 3 vans when we booked but we thought 2 would suffice. Should have listened to her! She rearranged the work schedule to book the van to pick up the garden waste for another day. I thought they were a little pricey. However they were spot on, stripped the house and the garden. Communication was really good. The removal gentleman did an excellent job. They took pictures as promised. The only thing we had to do was remove the carpet runners and sweep up. They did tell us that was the only thing they don't do.

Gentleman and 2 ladies arrived to clear my late mothers home, introduced themselves made us aware of how they recycle as much as possible and and then got on with emptying the house, which they did in lightening speed whilst handling things in a respectful and professional manner.
