In&out in half an hour. Only three bays, security a bit over the top with his pictures of trailer but overall it's been a nice experience 👍

Paid express. Secretlab has been using these guys. Stefano has been stuck for 3 hours in Streatham and I won't get my expensive order today it seems !! My builders finish work at 6pm. DO NOT USE.

Just copying and pasting what I wrote to your company due to the kindness I encountered.

“Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing as I feel the need to bring to attention your driver Gabor Katyi, that has been so helpful and kind to me at Karl Lagerfeld Cheshire oaks.

Prior to him delivering our palettes I had another driver who refused to help me even though I was alone in the shop and had multiple palettes which I couldn’t leave outside the store for safety reasons.

Today, was the 2nd time I’ve received a delivery from him and I hope he is rewarded/applauded for his helpfulness. The last time I had 3/4 palettes and this time one. But he kindly, after my request on the first delivery, checked with head office if he could spend a bit of time helping me, and this time, withoutme asking, helped me out too.

Many people don’t go above and beyond, and despite me losing the paper he wrote his name on(by my request for this review), this time he also told me I didn’t have to. But I, as someone who works in retail and with people feel that hardworking, above and beyond staff members should always be recognized. “
