Nice coach company. I had an issue once when a leaky coach made the seat I was sitting in drenched... it took me a while to realise it was rainwater and not bodily fluids. I did contact them just so they knew and they were concerned and apologetic.

I’ve travelled a good few times on these coaches, Fulham FC use them for away games. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.

Booked a school trip through another travel company. Drivers had excellent customer service. Overall experience on the day was amazing. staff and students enjoyed the travel. Drivers (Channon and Frank) were accommodating and helpful.
coaches were exceptional, clean and drivers were excellent. They were on time and had excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service!

When booking the coach, the company were super efficient over email supplying any questions I had and explaining any guidelines they had. Even calling me a few days before our trip to ensure we was update with all the rules and ready for the trip (super friendly conversation).

We went as a 38-man stag do so was quite worried about our driver being quite fed up… however we couldn’t have got a better driver!

A MASSIVE shout out to Ryan who was on time everytime we needed him, got us to Dusseldorf 2 hours early and back home 4 hours early which was extremely helpful, he got stuck in coming out with us on some occasions and even playing football with us as well. We did get pulled over by the police (we was warned about this by the coach company as being a normal thing that happens) and Ryan was super professional and dealt with them really well, told us exactly what we needed and when we needed it at the borders and explained everything that was going on to us to keep us updated on the whole trip.

Overall a fantastic laugh and great guy and a very smooth service provided by both the company and the driver 🙌🏻

Using this coach for a school trip abroad I loved this coach, it was very comfy and was kept clean, the driver was such an icon and was very lovely, I couldn't ask for much more , It was absolutely fantastic as we used the coach for 4 days of long rides and it wasn't unpleasant at all. 10/10 would recommend!

The Kings Ferry were amazing when I needed them at 24 hours notice! They pushed everything through really quickly, and the coach was immaculately clean and well looked after. We had 1 wheelchair bound passenger who was treated with the utmost respect by the driver, as was the whole group for the day. The driving was safe and responsible, and the driver, Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend The Kings Ferry and will be using them again when needed. Thank you again!

Let me start by saying....Drivers were Awesome, Polite,Patient,Fun,Absolutely the best!!!! A massive thank you to T and K! Hired the coach for a family day out to the seaside to Weymouth...it was Epic! Coach was early..very nice/new and clean coach, safely driven, excellent customer service. Kings ferry..thank you! This is my NUMBER 1 coach hire company from now on....but has to request those drivers(T&K) this is the package. You both completely added to our trip in a Massive way...u made it such a beautiful day... Everyone on this coach loved it....keep up the great work. U were Awesome...U both Stars! Thanks again. Best coach service ever....quality company! This was booked at very short notice through Clarke's and from day one, the service was great...Thanks again.

0 stars if I could. Refusing to hand over a child’s passport. Left on one of their buses for over 2 weeks. Do they not clean their buses in this day and age? Only found when I forced them to look better.
They the. Gave me a false email address to voice my complaint. When that bounced back I used the website email link. This was ignored for over a week. I finally received a replied when I went though their social media page.
I don’t understand why they can’t just post the passport. I did not sign any of ur policies. And if I have they are with national express. Who actually post passports back for £15. Police and Medway council are now involved. Police for the passport and Medway to check the standard of their cleaning.

My university booked KingsFerry for a university trip. Our coach attendants, Kevin and Josh, were absolutely brilliant! We had the smoothest journey on the M1 which sounds like an impossible feat but Kevin and Josh made it possible! They were beyond friendly, accommodating and my stress levels as a student leader were significantly reduced because they were so amazing and took us on the routes with least traffic! I do highly recommend and will be asking my University to liaise with Kevin and Josh again.
