easy check in and out but dropping trailers can be hard sometimes because their are trailers incorrectly backed blocking your spots. very busy

If you’re new delivering here be prepared to be sent all over the place. Security have attitude problems. Very unorganized and the yard drivers will definitely run you over because they do not look before backing up. I will never deliver here again.

Came in with an empty. They sign me to one of the tightest slots available on the 800 row. Go to check in at office and there's 4 or 5 of them in there just talking about being scammed out of money or something. Had me waiting 5-10 minutes because their conversation was more important than actually doing the job they were hired to do.

Not the first time I've had to pick up from here and was waiting for nothing other than for them to do their job and hand me my bill packet for a preloaded drop & hook trailer.

Gate check in time is long. Not sure if it's dumb procedure or slow workers. Nobody explains any procedures or where anything is. They just hand you a slip of paper where you're suppose to drop your trailer and it's up to you to make heads or tails of where that is. Good luck reading their mostly faded out slot numbers. They are too cheap/lazy to lay down new paint so the numbers can actually be read.

This place is a madhouse at night. The parking spots here for the trailers are very tight and the yard dog traffic is insane, they will park a trailer for you and if your empty is hard to get they will pull them out for you.

This place is EXTREMELY disorganized and no clear directions on where your assigned spot is located. Security told me to take a LEFT, so I did. None of the faded numbers on the ground were even close to my assigned number. I asked another driver who told me the 5000s were in the other lot (so I should have taken a RIGHT).

I go down the first row to just discover that they blocked it by yard dog trucks. So turning around was EXTREMELY ridiculously tight and nearly impossible. That row alone is not made for anything 75ft long. It's made for day cab / yard dog trucks.

I find the correct row, just to discover that the spot is taken. So I pick another spot and because the rows are extremely tight, I had a very hard time getting the trailer into the spot. Again, this facility was designed for yard dogs and day cabs to back in trailers; not Sleeper-Trailer combos. I wish facilities with tight spaces would have yard dogs park the trailers. It'll save time and frustration all around!

Also, it is so hard to print out a map of your facility? And please keep loaded trailers away from unloaded trailers so drivers are not wasting time having to check trailer after trailer to see if it's an empty. There are way too many trailers here and drivers don't have time to check each one and chase empties.

This facility WILL waste drivers time!!

I had to give it one star ppr it is forced, but this place is the worst place you can make a charge, we arrived on Thursday June 20, 2024 at 13;30 and on the 24th the trailler does not appear, the last report we have they took it on the 23rd for Central Yard, we went three times to the place and twice to the other yard and we return to the office and they tell us they stole the trailler, we will report to the police in a few minutes, we can not say here what we want, but this is a disgrace for a nation like this.

The best Home Depot Distribution from guard check in to receiving, I don’t know non about hook n drop but I did life load. Life load back side of building 1050A. They told me to drop my loaded trailer at the front took right away and brought back my empty trailer quicker then I expected. 1hr in and out.

All the bad reviews believe them. This place is horrible and I’m only doing a drop and hook. Over an hour to check in?
