seen a lot of bad reviews but personally since new ownership, site is secure, reasonable price and the process is easy! 24hr surveillance now and Gavin is great and will help whenever needed!

DO NOT STORE HERE!!!! We had our container broken into. There are absolutely no security systems in place. The manager told police not to bother coming out. They showed no professionalism in the process or any care. The thieves were on site for 3/4 hours uninterrupted it’s meant to be a 24 hour MONITORED security system. We had to do the investigating ourselves as we received no help from the Green container company. They did not inform any other customers only the 4 containers that were broken into. Surely you would let your customers know and how you are going to improve. They just want your money and can not provide the service they are stating they offer. DO NOT STORE

Great response would love to hear what changes you have made to upgrade security systems and make customers aware they are not covered, this also does not bring back years worth of sentimental goods personal belongings and storage fees…

My partner and 3 other customers units have been broken into here, no security systems in place. Site manager told police not to bother coming out and has given out misinformation regarding cctv to multiple parties involved, no compensation, no insurance and no help provided. Thieves were on site for 2-3 hours uninterrupted when the site manager lives on site?. DO NOT STORE

Stored my stuff there for 7 plus years and then got robbed by an apparent gang. They told the police not to come (Martin) or let them on site for forensics . there security is non existent the gang was in there for 3 hours even with Martin living on site.police got told 15 days later to come get the cctv footage after I pushed them to give it. My business and a few other peoples are ruined theses people show no remorse and it isn’t safe to store anything In there. And I believe they have hidden evidence from the police to hide there negligence. Im happy to share my experience with anyone just get in touch.
