I was so glad that I chose to order the brownstone dining furniture from The Furniture Warehouse.We had cancelled our order from a competitor due to lack of customer service. From the minute I pulled up my set on the web Dawn was guiding me . She communicated with me every step and was even able to move up my delivery . I was amazed to get such good customer service which has not been the norm since I moved to Tampa.Dawn went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.Also the delivery was so coordinated and communicated down to the minute. I just bought a condo here in Sarasota after moving 1500 miles. I gave away all my furniture. I went to 3 places including Furniture Warehouse. They had a better selection, better prices and the sales person was very helpful. I bought a living room suite. It was delivered by very conscientious men. On time. They called the day before and the day of my delivery. They put everything together correctly the1st time and even helped me move a loveseat into another room. I was so pleased, I bought a bedroom suite from them a week later. I highly recommend Furniture Warehouse to anyone looking to buy furniture.

I was fortunate enough to speak to Victoria in the internet orders department and I am rarely as impressed with a CSR as polite, as diligent and as helpful as Victoria! She immediately took care of my questions and needs and, in order to provide me with further assurance, said she would call me back ‘shortly’ … ‘shortly’ was only moments - and I will be picking up my order this afternoon! I ordered online: both Dawn and Victoria in were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I LOVE this company. I purchased a dining set online and one of the chairs arrived damaged. They quickly sent me a replacement chair.

A few months later, I wanted to order the matching stools but the shipping rates had skyrocketed. I was preparing to cancel when the amazing team I worked with previously called me and told me they would hold my items and watch the shipping rates and notify me the moment they could send the stools out for a more reasonable rate. They kept their word and I was able to get my beautiful stools.

I'm so pleased, whenever I look for new pieces or decorating ideas, I look to furniture warehouse. Not only do I know I'll receive great quality items, but I'll receive excellent customer service. Really awesome company!
