I just attended the Chauffeur Driven Trade Show in Las Vegas which John was the keynote speaker. I am an industry-focused Business Consultant, and Customer Service training and development is a big part of our services. John's approach is one of the best I have seen in my three decades in the industry; it is practical, easy to understand and apply.

His message applies not only to businesses but also to people and their communities; I can't thank him enough for sharing his expertise, which will positively impact our business and the lives of everyone that participated.

His books are a must-have. I bought and read two of his books before the event, which allowed me to appreciate his message at the show even more.
