So impressed with how this desk turned out. Absolutely love it. The ordering online was so easy. Picking it up at the Calgary warehouse was super fast and the front staff and warehouse staff (Dan) were amazing. Thank you for another great product.

Was really easy to walk into showroom 15 minutes before closing pick what I wanted and have it ready for me to pick up next day. Better quality then IKEA for the same price. Will be back to take advantage of the deals! Thank you The Brick.

Dan (the person who assisted putting it in my car for pickup) was amazing! He was so helpful and encouraging when I definitely didn’t think it would fit. Overall excellent experience and will absolutely do again!

Amazing, Fast service! I was able to order a bed frame that was not in stores yet and pickup 3 days early! Loading dock was simple and the process to PU was very simple.

Great experience! I will use the DC instead of any in store shopping again!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with the brick delivery and the truck driver team of Jason C. and Travis. Their attitude was exemplary throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, they exhibited a friendly and professional demeanor that immediately put us at ease. They took great care when unloading and placing our large sectional, king mattress, and two queen mattresses into my new home.
Their friendliness added a personal touch to the delivery, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Jason C. and Travis went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. They made what could have been a challenging process remarkably smooth, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of furniture delivery. Our ancient TV finally kicked the bucket and with 3 kids... we needed a new one asap. After reviewing their flyers, we went to the Sarcee location. Paid for it and went on our way to the distribution center to pick it up... all within 30 minutes of them opening. The distribution center experience was extremely quick & efficient. Couldn't of asked for a better experience... or price!!!
