Really great services are offered at this small but mighty post office, you can drop off and collect for most of the major delivery partners as well as all Royal Mail services. Also lovely service from from the owners who really care about their customers and staff. Lucky to have it on our doorstep. Open all week, including Sunday. ( I should have kept that but a secret lol)

Great post office. I am a regular user and it really works that the PO counter is open for extended hours to accept parcels and returns. Everyone i deal with is very warm and friendly and I always get service with a smile 😃

Have been here several times but the woman is very curt and dodgy. I sent a valuable cheque and she asked me how much it was for then it never arrived and royal mail said they can't trace it. Also complained about a parcel being too small.. and stuck a label on it stupidly on purpose.. again this parcel too has gone missing. I have been refused compensation. She is moody and doesn't even say please or thank you, just grimaces and looks at the sky. So rude!!!! I am not going back.

I have used this post office many times over the last few months as I have a lot of parcels to post every week. It is always a quick & efficient service. The staff are nice & polite. Very handy to have on the doorstep, especially when I have cheques to deposit & can’t get to the bank.

Thank you for being so helpful during the pandemic & allowing me to still run my home business smoothly. I appreciate your hard work, especially during the busy festive season.

Very unprofessional service. Requested to speak to the manager after the altercation and they wouldn’t tell me! I got sent away after they couldn’t find my parcel. Male staff member swore at me and my partner.

I don't normally post reviews but after having consistent bad service from the same place I felt I had to say something. Poor service, unhelpful and many missing parcels . This has been a constant since this post office replaced the original one on the same street. Make your life easier and travel the extra mile to any post office in the area as all are more efficient and secure.
