Deliveryman from hell. Put the parcel in the bin! Guess that's why they call it Alternative Parcel Company!

Just come back from the depo to collect my parcel just because the driver only knocks the doors instead of ringing the door bell. Tried to explain to the guy at reception that if only they would ring I would come down from upstairs and pick up at my doors. But their reception stuff just shut the doors in from of my face and walk away!! Such a horrible customer service!!

We received a parcel from APC, unfortunately the delivery driver put a large/heavy parcel in our external parcel drop which broke it. Whilst this was disappointing, I was so pleased with how the customer service/maintenance man from the company handled the situation when I raised it with them. They couldn't have been more helpful and replaced and fitted a new parcel drop for me within a couple of days, rectifying the issue completely. Thank you.

On 3 occasions now I have had deliveries through APC and of all the delivery firms I like this one the best. They send emails, you can check where the delivery driver is on his/her route and you know where you are in the queue. I received a delivery today in the alloted time and the driver was very pleasant. Thank you.

Had to collect parcel as they don't deliver Saturdays.
Wouldn't leave in a safe place as " needed signature" which no one else is doing due to covid 19.
However, staff very pleasant at the collection centre and efficient. Even offered to carry the parcel to my car.

Never Delivered my parcel to the Address assigned to be delivered courier driver doesn’t have a knowledge of postcodes and address and when I called there depot in bothwell the customer service team stated the address i had given was a shop which was closed and thats i had given false informations and told my Parcel was going back to the sender and was rude very unpleasant and wasn't helpful then the manager called and was saying i was abusive to his staff when there driver got it wrong and he wasn’t apologetic and i told him the information of Address was correct thanks Again APC you had ruined someone’s birthday as the item was a birthday gift for a Clients child.

Used these guys all the time normally no problem great service. But this time no one turned up to pick up my parcel. Had no booking on system. Had to take parcel to depot. It did get sent that night.
