The variety of products has recently got very limited. Quick example is grated Parmesan cheese and Fries To Go. Suddenly not available. The new fridges are a good idea until you can’t reach them because they’ve got the large baskets filling half the aisle with biscuits so you can’t browse or get stuck behind someone who is browsing. The staff are always restocking which is good until you need something immediately behind them. It seems the shop is too small to cater for the community. I look forward to having a choice.

Customer service woman very rude tried to help her last Saturday evening went for a packing of cigarettes asked for Mayfair gold superkings .as she was looking in the wrong draw 4 times I did mention to her where the cigarettes I ask for where and she still went into the wrong draw pulled the wrong packet out she is a joke as today I walked in as she walks a and won't serve me told the manager that I was rude too her I discussed with the shop I should show respect about time staff showed respect too when you try and help them especially slamming the draw too hen she put the cigarettes back which was wrong as she found the cigarettes where I did mention 4x where they where

Honestly just had the rudest “non” interaction with a cashier called John . It doesn’t take much to say hello or to smile at a customer, especially if the customer does so to the cashier . I said hello , got no greeting or even acknowledgment back , and I proceeded to put my shopping onto the conveyor . I told him I was just taking one bag, no acknowledgement , didn’t tell me my total or ask if I have a club card , he just didn’t say one word . Didn’t ask for my receipt , I said thank you and left and still not one word . I can appreciate that he may have been tired , or even having a bad day . I have worked in supermarkets and dealt with all sorts so I understand how he may be feeling , but it doesn’t take anything of even cost anything to just smile or say hello back at someone . I hope John is okay , and that he feels better but just because you’re having an off day doesn’t mean others aren’t too and maybe just saying hello to someone is better than anything .

Your store assistant helped us, his name was Dave, he went out of his way to get some Black Sheep beer for us, he was polite and helpful, he said " he was just doing his job"! he is a rare staff member! and he did it with a smile! Well Done Tesco!!

We shop at Tesco's because it's the only supermarket in our area. I must say that I am very disappointed with them as the last couple of years their prices are going up on a daily basis but I guess corporations only care about profits

I really love doing my weekly shop at the Market Weighton store, the staff are super accommodating, always have a nothing is too much trouble approach, Last week I needed to return two items of clothing and was helped by Kerry unfortunately the pair of chinos I desperately needed were out of stock, she took the time to get a pen and paper asked which ones I wanted and said she would put them at the customer service desk, within 2 days I'd had 2 text messages and a phone call letting me know they had held them for me, absolutely outstanding!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is Awesome 👌...love this store

Such helpful staff! The trolley I'd chosen was too small and a member of staff fetched me a bigger one, put my old one on one side until I'd finished shopping then unloaded it into the conveyor belt when I was ready. Such good service. The baker found me a fruit pie, and yet another member of staff helped me get produce from the back of the shelf when I couldn't reach, full marks to this Tesco, the manager should be proud of his staff. Lovely atmosphere, seems like a good place to work.

Some staff are pleasant, some are miserable and should get a different job. The slim old chap on the till should keep his opinion to himself, very rude man.
As for self checkouts, I hate them.
