Be aware of falling into depression, working here… let me give you a few bullet points why. 😂
Picking in this warehouse is a constant chase of your own tail and if you’re Agency, you’re treated like a lower class human by coordinators.
You’re expected to arrive 15 minutes before your shift (unpaid) so you can walk through the entire warehouse before your job even starts.
Smoking place is about 5 minutes walk of your clocking machine and by the time you have 1 cigarette, the 15min break is gone.
You’re timed on everything. Meaning that if you stop scanning for 5 minutes to catch a breath, it will flag in their system and you’ll have to sign a form for it.
Cantina doesn’t serve good food for Twilight Shifts lunch break, because apparently we’re classified as a worst grade of people, not requiring proper food.
And top managers are extremely rude behaving like they are supreme to the rest of the staff in the building, but this particular delusion is actually amusing to observe.

It appears that this supervisor had made an error regarding pallet management, but instead of accepting responsibility, management chose to place blame on the new hire. This decision seems to have been influenced by nepotism, as the supervisor in question reportedly has a family member in a management position.
Furthermore, there are allegations of gaslighting and misinformation being spread to cover up this mishandling of the situation. This behavior reflects poorly on the agency's leadership and moral standards.
The consequences of these actions are significant:

An employee lost their job unjustly
Someone's livelihood was negatively impacted
The integrity of the organization has been compromised

This situation warrants a thorough investigation into the agency's hiring and firing practices, with particular focus on:

The fairness of termination procedures

It is crucial that this matter be addressed to ensure fair treatment of employees and maintain the agency's professional standards.

As with the majority of Tesco RDCs you are not allowed to stay in your truck whilst getting unloaded. Only half of the waiting room is available for seating at the moment as the flooring has all been taken up. The toilet facilities are dire, very unkept and only one toilet trap available in the gents for drivers and warehouse staff so you can imagine what they look like. Quick tip and no issues there.

Drivers driving slow as soon trying go past start speeding up. don't let go past. 27.07.2024 5:43am Taunton -Ilminster A358 as soon after passing Ruishton speed camera 30mph limit speed up to 40mph. Trying to go past on dual cariegway speed up didnt't let go past. after trafic lights started slow down. end of dual carrigway. that's not how professional drivers do.

Awful communication, hard to get on or off site as Security doesn't speak the native lingo
