No direction to parking for delivery on arrival.. office quite awkward & rude..
But forklift driver unloading the pallets was in good form & polite thought..

I had a delivery for this company made to wait even though nothing was going on in the yard. Spoke with fork truck drive told I was waiting for no reason other than the office trying to prove a point that I didn't have a booking time.

Really am disappointed that people like this exist in offices we are all meant to be hear to help each other in the transport industry!

Driver of T20 TPE needs to have training on how to drive a HGV, came flying up behind us with intimidating behaviour speeding in a 50 with their high beams on coming off the A63. We have reported the driver to the police with dash cam footage. We tried to talk to office staff by phoning, but they don't pick up the phone. Bad drivers, and office staff that don't pick up the phone. Says a lot about this shambles of a company. SORT YOUR DRIVERS OUT!!

When everything is in place its avery good place to visit and load, but they are not quick to help you sort any problems out to aid your onward journey, the frustrating thing is they supply the info to get loaded and then say its wrong when you get there humph
