Arrived at unloading 10:00am as in the order. Unloaded only next day at 8am.. And they say that 24hrs for unloading is normal... 🙂 Worst experience ever.. Do not work with this company, especially with Kseniya R.

Updated to the Tels Global answer below. So thank you for your response. It has given everyone a clearer view of how things are handled. My comments are more directed towards fellow hauliers, and I hope that by sharing this, it may help at least one of them.
Regarding the 24-hour unloading time that you mentioned as part of your order, it is important to note that this is not a standard practice within the EU. It is unlikely that anyone would agree to work with such conditions. Your response suggests that the focus is solely on following the order without considering the practical realities of the situation.
While we are not disputing the order itself, I believe it is clear that hauliers will no longer accept orders with a 24-hour window for unloading. Our request was never to do anything improper. We simply asked for fair compensation for a day lost due to the missed booking of an unloading time slot, which was overlooked by your team. Your colleague even asked for time to consult with a manager.
