I cannot fault the service I recieved from Mark and the team today. I have been looking for a camera for a number of months and they made me feel at home, walked me through the product, the stock and options and really made me feel at ease.

I would fully recommend you use T4 and I would suggest that this is a much better choice that using a faceless online store.

Amazing service from the staff. Lots of care taken to help me find what I need, without massively upselling. They sold me on a monopod that turned out to be compatible with the peak design capture clip I went in to buy by providing me a demo!

They stock lots of equipment; I've never needed something they don't have.

Went in looking for a camera tripod. Friendly staff were willing to give a demo and explain the pros and cons of different tripods. Picked out a nice mid range one which I'm excited to use. It was also a bit cheaper then other online retailers and I find that the prices in general are quite competitive.

I don't know where the one star review went shopping but it wasn't the same place as me. All my emails were answered on the same day whilst the repair of my camera was arranged and they kept me informed of developments without me having to ask first.
My camera was sent back using a next day courier, which I think is excellent service. If I ever need a camera bit I know where I'll look first (and my friends...)

I've been buying about 90% of my camera equipment from T4 Cameras in Swindon over the last 10 years and have had first class service from them. Their prices are competitive and all of their used equipment has been thoroughly checked before going on display and comes with a warranty.
If you see something advertised on line at their other shop in Witney they can normally get it sent over by the following day for you to take a look at.
Great shop with very knowledgeable staff!!
