If you've ever broken something that you desperately need to work, you'll know the all-consuming flap that comes with trying to find the part that fixes the machine, device etc.

The particular thing I broke was an esoteric chipper that's very popular in New Zealand and almost unheard of here.

If you go to New Zealand, there are probably countless outlets, dripping with parts. If you come to Wiltshire with one and break it, most places will not be able to help.

Not only were T H White able to recommend an appropriate belt based on rough, mangled dimensions and partially read serial numbers, they had one in stock, 3 days before Christmas for very little money.

The belt fixed the chipper, the fixed chipper got a job done before Christmas, nobody else was able to help; how can I give less than 5 stars (for my particular situation)?

For balance, I overheard a woman power-sulking at the price of Carhartt dungarees (I don't know what they should cost). As for anything else, I had very single-minded blinkers on to get the particular part I wanted. I noticed they have opened knives by the till which are great for having in every vehicle and bag you own, as well as being great presents. Go and buy a fist full.

Because of the great first experience, I will definitely be back.

Stopped by on a whim today and was pleased I did. The shop isn't the biggest but has everything you could need for any livestock. A good selection of clothing also and a massive wall of Milwaukee tools. What's more staff were more than helpful when my son was fascinated by one of the tractors out the front. They were more than happy to take the time to show him round and let him sit in the cab.

Handy for most things, spare parts,nuts n bolts. Plus outdoor clothing and accessories. Pet food,bird food. It's not the cheapest,but it's there. You do get some good bargains in the odd sale they have.
Good cheerful staff, from a local long established business. 👍👍🚜🐮 🐄
