I am the site manager for this Intro-Developments site. This is a soon to be finished 5 block 30 unit business park centrally located for the A12 to London and the A14 north and east to Felixstowe port it is also perfectly situated for Harwich Parkeston Quay for the continent. These business units are brand new, spacious, and have a huge potential for your business to grow. As the site manager I have been on site since day one and overseen the buildings come out the ground from foundations and drainage up to the roof sheeting and am proud to say they are second to none. With the help of the subcontractors and support staff this site really is going to be a flagship project for our mother company MCR Property development.

Super slow at loading and unloading! Be prepared for a long wait! Also the management staff has negative attitude and speaks down to you. The whole place is a mess!
