I was stopped in traffic at 5:20 pm on SN05 by this van, the driver threw me out of the lane. As I approached I was threatened by the driver with a tire iron.

Extremely bad service. A man from SWIFT LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS LIMITED called me and was incredibly rude. He claimed that a driver had come to my house, taken a photo, and left because nobody was home. He made it sound like it was all my fault, even though I never received any delivery card from the driver. To make matters worse, I had to pay again to rebook the service. Very disappointed and will not be using them again. Guys, please don’t use this company.

Telephoned today and was going to ask if it would be possible to pick up my window box from the depo. They had tried to deliver to me and I was out when it came. They do not leave in a safe place and I knew that before I started the convo. But the agent intercepted my 2nd sentance and would not listen to anything that I was trying to say. I have cancelled the delivery an appalling service.

Appalling service. The parcel was missed. I phoned and arranged redelivery with a member of staff for the next day. I waited in, only to find when I phoned tracking the parcel, it wasn't even out for delivery. In the end I had to drive there to pick the parcel up as it was urgent. One star was given but I would have given no stars had that been possible.

Driver arrived and was gone before I could even answer. Didn’t leave a calling card or tracking number, have tried calling this depot three times in the last 30 mins; each time I get put in a call queue and automatically cut off after 3 mins of waiting…
