I stored my house contents in the container outside for 3 years, I have just moved into my house and after travelling. My belongings are as good today as 3 years ago. The containers are well insulated with vents to stop condensation. Excellent service from James and Martin. I was traveling abroad, we keep in touch and if I had a question if was answered very quickly. 100% recommend.

We had our furniture in storage with Scotts for nearly two years. We always have found the staff friendly and efficient. The furniture was in good condition when we removed it out of storage as it had been well crated and was in dry clean secure storage.
We would use them again and would have no problem recommending them.

Brilliant service from James and Scott Storage. James coordinated with our removals company, Walkers (who are also brilliant), to ensure safe storage and retrieval, meaning we didn't have to do this ourselves. He was also really flexible about our monthly bill payment when the exchange and completion dates were getting close (completion was soon after the start of the month) so that we were able to pay for what we actually needed, rather than pay in advance for a month and then be refunded later. All our items came out of storage in perfect condition, including a piano. All queries were answered expertly and quickly, and we can't praise this company highly enough. If your house move doesn't go to plan and you have to go into storage, this is the best company to use. A first class service.

Used Scott Storage recently for a month's personal storage. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. Before I booked the storage box they were happy to explain all the different sizes and explain the costs. These were a much cheaper solution than other personal storage businesses and although they are not 24hr access they are always happy to get you access at short notice. I even had my storage box Luton van size) delivered to my new house so I could empty it there, it obviously cost a bit but was pretty reasonable and makes it a cheap movers option if you don't mind putting the effort in to get it unloaded when it's delivered. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Amazing service from James and Dave and the team.
All the team are so friendly and helpful...very efficient service...was able to store at very short notice.
Although the van could not be parked close to my garage for collection due to a height restriction...Dave brought a trolley so we could load from the garage and unload into the storage box, which was very helpful and saved a lot of time and energy.
Scott Storage is exceptionally clean and tidy... I was very impressed.
A seamless service from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend this company...they are brilliant.
