Maz and Kayleigh are amazing in their job responsibilities and If I say that they go out of the way to assist the clients, it’s the least I can add here. Very professional girls and best at their duties. If anyone like a spare space to store their items this is the best place to be. Safe and Secure.

Unfortunately very poor.
-Limited access. I believe you can pay additional fees for access at additional times.
-A staff member put additional lock on my locker despite me paying on the first day of the new month. This lock was left on for several days and was only removed after I rang a number to have a staff member remove it (nobody at reception).
-You receive an invoice for an entire month even if you are using the storage only 1 day over the last invoice period. The remainder is then refunded. As an example, this can mean paying £300 and later getting a £290 refund.
-Staff communication typically poor especially in emails. My move out date was communicated but there was no confirmation email, leading to confusion. There was a guy that worked there once I initially booked who was very good in all respects but has since left (they aren't all bad).
-You have to give 14 days notice of your move out date.
-You appear to get no choice of where your locker is. This means you can have a large unit placed very far away separated by an elevator and long corridors - this makes a big difference for a house move.

I rent a storage unit here I can’t recommend it highly enough, great location, 24/7 access to my unit, friendly staff on site 9-5 and on Saturdays, discounted rent if your there long term, two different entrance bays, and competitive prices.
