I came to the unit reception and was greeted by Jack. He was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease as I have never used a self storage before. I would recommend the company and I think having a reception area to speak with people was extremely helpful as everything was explained. Fair prices too.

We have just moved into our unit and we have received the best customer service from Ross and the team. He was especially helpful when I had made a mistake on my end and was able to fix it for me very quickly. He advised of the correct size unit and made sure we were all prepared to go well in advance of our moving day. He was so friendly patient and reassuring. Absolutely incredible service the team go above and beyond to meet your needs and make you feel welcome - Jessie always brightens my day with her warm, bubbly personality and will always make time for her customers with a professional manner. Jessie is always on hand to answer any questions you may have and it’s clear to see she takes joy in providing top customer service. Everyone is always super organised, provide a quality service and don’t seem to miss a beat. The store is clean, tidy and organised. They offer a plethora of storage options in a secure facility with 24 hour access. What more could you want ?

The site is very clean and presentable with plenty of storage options. Jessie - the manager - was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took our wants and needs onboard and gave us credible (and affordable!) options. 5 Star Service from start to finish - well worth a visit if you’re running out of room!!
