Very unhelpful and unfriendly service regarding my new passport application. They also said my photo wouldn’t be accepted. After having gone through all the trouble of filling out the paper forms, thinking applying via post office would be easier, I decided to apply online and had no problems.
Waste of time going there in the first place.

Great service, the staff is always very helpful and friendly. the shop is well kept. I really don't know why so many bad reviews.
I go there often and what I do see is a lot of rude customers, some don't even have the address written before posting a package and demand premium service after being so rude.

Many people blame them for not having funds in their account, and so many other issues that can be avoided by simply being prepared before going to the post office. You are treated as you treat others.

I never had any issues and whever I had any questions or trouble, they are always happy to help.

Being the only post office in miles, and for the amount of work they have to deal with, I think they are great. A+ Thank you!

Two stars for the fact they exist and are in a convenient location. The service however is poor. Disregarding often lengthy queues, the staff is not trained to provide advice on services. The bare minimum seems to be the status quo.

Parcel was 0.008 grams over. Wanted me to pay extra. Royal Mail pick up service happy to accept. The Post Office as a business is through-and-through sharks. AVOID.
