Excellent company and tremendous service. I’ve used Supreme Self Storage a number of times of times over the years for both short and long periods of storage. Very highly recommended! We used Supreme for 6 months while away travelling and they were absolutely perfect. They gave us a great rate for a unit and contents insurance - far better than any of the bigger chains would for a smaller space - and the service and communication were exceptional throughout. Special thanks to Sam, who helped us move our stuff into the unit in his van and, when we returned home, brought it back to our flat without us even needing to go back down to the storage facility! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we needed to.

After many years of using different self-storage companies, I can confidently say this one is the best! Their prices are the most competitive, often featuring promotions and discounts. Plus, if you need to stop using their facilities, they refund you for the weeks you didn’t use within that month.

The service is exceptional. The team members I interacted with—Sam, Charlie, Neil, and James—were always helpful and polite to me and my family. On the first day of moving items into storage, Charlie was there to assist and ensure everything went smoothly. On my last day, Sam, who also offers a van and man service, helped me move everything to my new place. His massive van transported all my belongings at a much cheaper rate than other van and man companies I contacted.

Overall, an excellent service that I will definitely use again in the future.
