Very good and very helpful. I must say they bo need a sign on the road showing were they are to stop drivers going past to the postcode warehouse down the road and then having to back off blind said around a right hand bend. Other than that a good place to unload

I want to share my honest review of this warehouse. Before I started working, I was informed that the lifting weight would be around 20-25 kg. However, I quickly discovered that the actual lifting requirements ranged from 35-50 kg. Additionally, you are not allowed to have assistance with heavy lifting, as the team leader often instructs everyone to handle two pallets in one container alone. Taking even a brief break, such as to drink water, is frowned upon, and you will be met with disapproving looks. The team leaders, who are all Chinese, do not foster a supportive team environment, especially towards workers from India, Pakistan, Nepal, etc and similar backgrounds. I was informed that there are only two paid short breaks during an 8-hour shift, each lasting just 8 minutes, which is unacceptable given the demanding workload. I left the job after just two days, not because the work was too difficult, but due to the poor treatment of workers. It felt more like a prison camp than a workplace, and I would not recommend it.
