Quite upset about the way I have been spoken to and treated by gentlemen working in sundorne avenue shrewsbury post office Monday morning 21st July.Through no mistake of my own my 2 Evri parcels I dropped off yesterday have mistakenly been just scanned as the one parcel instead of the 2,now one parcel has been shown as not posted.I tried to explain what has happened and he was quite rude and wouldn't let me explain saying it was my fault for showing wrong barcode,I printed labels myself so not my fault He then said he would have to close post office to find unscanned parcel, also not my fault. This was all done infront of other customers which was really embarrassing,I actually left not knowing if it was sorted or not.I work in retail and would never treat a customer like this,I won't return again.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I have never had an issue using this post office unlike some that I have used in the past. Would definitely recommend them.

This review is 1 star if you get the miserable old guy at the post office and you'll know it when you get him up to 5 stars if you get anyone else. Honestly just get rid of the guy or tell him to check his attitude.

If you get the old boy you are out of luck, get ready for a rollercoaster ride of bad attitude, and general bad customer service.

Get ready to pay double what your parcel costs to send, even if your item fits through the large letter slot but the jiffy bag catches the side of the frame on it's way through, you'll be paying for a more expensive service, I send 100's of the same size same weight parcels a month, they cost me £2.50 signed for in any post office in the UK, including Sundorne... But get the old argumentative chap and you'll be paying £4.45

Rest of the post office isn't bad, but I have to review on customer experience and over all quality of service

Posted a pre-paid small packet at Sundorne Avenue Post Office on 10th February at 9:34am. Parcel was already paid for, online. As of 14th February (3 working days onwards & most of Thursday), this packet has still not arrived at its Greater London destination.
What goes on at this post office that post, which usually gets to its recipient 24hours later (from an SY6 post office that I regularly use), still hasn’t been delivered? Not the first time post has been badly delayed from Sundorne. But it will be the last. I won’t be using Sundorne Avenue again.

Gotta be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to heading into town to use Lloyds bank since Mount Pleasant branch closed but it’s actually quicker & easier to business bank here. Great service imo….and you couldn’t pick up a 4 pack of Peroni from Lloyds…

What has happend to the amazing girls that where in there They would put a smile on customers faces! Whatever issues he has he needs to sort them. Not hard to crack a smile and be decent to someone!

Just picked up my Travel Money from Helen at the Sundorne Post Office. She was extremely professional and helpful receiving little time to deal with my online order. 👏
