I needed to ship a large heavy package from Shetland to Bristol and didn't know where to start. I contacted Will Rodger, the service manager not really expecting a response, its a haulage big company and having have so many issues with the likes of EVRI I was just a little jaded. Will was so helpful, arranged a very competitive price and alerted the Lerwick depot. When I dropped the package at the depot, the delivery label was already printed and waiting for me. I expected it all to head south from then (which in the postal sense it did). I dropped the package mid day on a Monday, it arrived at my home early afternoon on Wednesday, bear in mind that it's a 12 to 14 hour sailing to the mainland.... I have no idea how they achieved this, none. The package was in pristine condition too! I was completely blown away by the service that I received, from start to finish and would happily use Streamline Shipping Group again and recommend them to anyone needing to send packages. Just amazing!

5 stars doesn’t feel enough! Having, stupidly, left all my worldly possessions in a bedroom drawer at a Shetland Hotel (passport, driving licence, car keys, house keys 😳) I reached out to Streamline Shipping Group to see if they could help reunite me with my belongings in Orkney! Gillian & her colleague Will immediately responded to my email query. Within less than 48 hrs my possessions were collected from the hotel & dispatched from Lerwick Ferry Terminal Shetland to Kirkwall Orkney. Gillian kept in touch throughout the process to reassure & update me. I have no words other than to thank Streamline & Gillian from the bottom of my heart.

Streamline shipping company are a useless company, they are always late and most of the time they deliver to the wrong address and tracking is is nonexistent, I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Really helpful staff drivers and office. As a shop we have regular deliveries, No complaints, Any issues resolved. Over xmas drivers worked 7 day weeks! Totally appreciated,

I missed the delivery on a Wednesday (I never got an email or a text letting me know I'd get delivered on that day). First I tried to send them an email as written on the card but the email address was incorrect. Then I decided to ring them to ask for another delivery the day after. Didn't get it.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday (apparently they don't deliver on Saturdays when they don't have enough "work")...We'll see if I finally get it on Monday. Surprise!
Incredibly unprofessional.
That's not a one star review. It's a zero star one.

Constantly late deliveries, waiting up to a week in many cases. Impossible to get in contact with as phones often go ignored and even you do finally make contact it is common that they will deny all knowledge of your parcel even when you can prove that they have it.
