This was my first time using Storage Mart, and I must say the process was incredibly smooth from beginning to end. I had the pleasure of working with both Mariya and Tristan, who went above and beyond to help me select the right storage space for all my three-bedroom house furniture.

The facility's security is top-notch, with each customer having a unique passcode for access to the car park and the building. I was particularly impressed with the availability of trolleys and other equipment, which made moving my furniture from the vehicle to the storage room much easier.

Their prices are very reasonable, especially for new customers, which made the entire experience even better.

Very convenient facility for me (just by junction 3 on the M40), with reasonable value pricing, and a bright, clean, facility that is easy to load up and get stuff out of. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was better value than its competitors and after just over a month, I'd say so far, so very good!

Update August: took a second unit which allegedly is 70 sq feet but has two pillars at one end obstructing part of that space and one pillar at the other end further reducing the space. If StorageMart had an email address that a customer could use, I'd use that but it's either phone or post here, so I'm posting here. Check any unit carefully. If SM would like to remove the pillars or reduce the price to take account of space lost, that would be appreciated.

Excellent customer service, I could not recommend highly enough. When the need to take storage is stressful in itself, I found Mariya helped to solve problems with patience, thoughtfulness and a wholly helpful attitude. She worked with me to find the best solution which was so much appreciated.

Good access to the storage room after office hours, lift essential! Seems to be coping with my stuff at the moment, should be the right size room. Only problem was a blocked passage way by another customer's trolley when i came once during office hours and had to carry boxes by hand pass trolley but its always a clear passage way after 6:00pm when i' m usually able to visit. Thank you very much.

Amber was really helpful and clearly explained everything. To be honest the current deal is great so (as long as the price doesn’t shoot up, I am a told they tell you 30 days before anyway) then a good deal with good service. The text message in taking a unit with the contact details and entry codes listed is a great thing.

Absolutely flexible, regarding dates, unit sizes, insurance, etc. Plus an extremely simple and fast process. Good promotional price and the best one even outside the promotion period. Staff very kind and helpful - my recommendation without a doubt.
