Spoke with Karen over the phone and dealt with James in person. Both could not have been more helpful and they made choosing a space and moving in incredibly straight forward. Facilities are clean, access is great. Padlocks were available for purchase (Not some crappy plastic gym lock). Based on other quotes, the price was very competitive. Very happy moving in.
