Great facility, always clean and tidy. Well managed and very good customer service. Recommend this to anyone needing temporary (or longer) storage.

Fabulous from day 1!

We arrived with a removals lorry full of stuff, and two cats that had been in the car for 4 hours. We had to pick up the keys for our rental place from 2 miles away.

Matt welcomed us, made us a tea and coffee, and volunteered to look after our cats in his air conditioned office whilst we picked up the keys. (It was about 27°C).

The whole unit is clean and tidy, and well looked after. They have a wide range of unit sizes, each individually secured within a secure facility.

I had no problems getting insurance cover for my goods in storage from two insurers who hadn't come across the facility before my request. (Insurers look at these things carefully before offering coverage).

At every visit we have been given a cheery welcome, and offered a tea/coffee.

Billing is simple and by email, and we were given the same price for over two years of storage.

Highly recommended.

I emptied my storage unit at the start of Sep, explained at the start that I'd only need the unit for a couple of months pending a house move. The whole process from start to finish was so straightforward. Matt is honestly fantastic, always helpful. Would recommend this place is used.

Friendly staff, and extremely well maintained unit. Always very tidy and smart. Have had a storage unit for a few months and access has never been an issue. Even over Christmas the opening hours were excellent. Would highly recommend.

I've used plenty of storage facilities in the past, and had varying levels of service, but this sets the bar extremely high! I was blown away by the standard of the facilities, everything is brand new! I was greeted by a very helpful member of staff who offered me a hot drink with a free smile, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring.
