I rented a unit from Storage Space for 6 months for the period between the sale of my UK property and the purchase of my new home in Spain. The less said about the intervening, post Brexit, visa nightmare the better!

The unit was impeccably clean, watertight and big enough for me to finish off my packing jobs as the move deadline approached. Access to the compound and the unit was very easy, and for by longer sessions at the unit, the very clean and tidy toilet facilities were very welcome indeed.
The general usability is further enhanced by the ready availability of a coffee or a snack at establishments either side of the compound entrance.
The rates are competitive and to top off the experience, I found the proprietor, Amelia, to be very friendly and responsive in our dealings, and accommodating of my changing requirements.
A very solid 5 stars from me on all counts!

The venue is easy to find. Amelia was very helpful and found me a suitably sized container. The unit was very clean, and in excellent condition. Access to the container was available 24/7, via entry keypad, or number plate recognition. Highly recommended. Thank you Amelia.

Moving from Cheltenham to Devon on my own with my dog was pretty stressful. But then I was lucky enough to choose STORAGE SPACE in Barnstaple.

This is a family run business. Which I soon realised when Amelia welcomed me so kindly. I had arrived quite frazzled and her thoughtfulness really touched my heart.

Amelia went above and beyond her duties in so many ways.

She offered a professional and streamlined process, along with the warm, friendly and personal touch that is often lacking in other big chain storage companies.

Also, their prices are very affordable. The Storage Units are all on the ground floor, and all accessible 24 hours a day. The containers are dry and clean.
