The staff are so friendly and really helped me with what size storage unit I needed. They made me aware of receiving discount and told me the days I can access my unit which was pretty much 365 days a year!
They made me feel welcome, and they offered me coffee and told me where I can make a coffee/tea when I come to visit even if they are not there!
The units are clean, the cages are brilliant and sturdy and I literally have no faults. On my checkout, they made it so easy and it didn't take 5 minutes - the service I received was amazing and should I need another storage unit I will 100% be going back to them. Thank you so much ☺️

Very efficient and professional from booking throughout my time using the storage and ending the agreement. Site is very easy to use and secure. It would be nice if the access hours were expanded but generally excellent and would use again.

I've used Storage King for a year. Nothing is too much trouble from the Customer Service team at the unit. It's a great facility, clean, dry, very secure and we xtra facilities like toilets, bookable office with high speed broadband and even a kitchen with free tea and coffee. Would definitely use again!

Very good experience so far with Storage King at Amesbury. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Debby who goes above and beyond to cater for us stressed out home movers needing storage.
Units are clean and accessible, all manner of trolleys and cages to keep everything safe whilst transporting from the car to the storage unit and a 5 star security system. Feel confident leaving our precious ( to us) possessions here. Another bonus is free teas and coffees which is really welcome when you're hot and sweaty after moving stuff in. Well done all.

My wife and I had to downsize before moving to an apartment in 2022. Storage King was the nearest facility to our new home. The reception was very welcoming and very efficient. We were shown a good selection of storage units - all very clean and well-designed and we had no hesitation in storing our excess belongings there. When we were able to empty the unit this month the closure of the account was so simple. We were almost sad to leave - everyone had been so helpful and friendly. Another plus - the toilets were spotlessly clean and functional.
