I recently used Storage King in Milton Keynes to store my household belongings while I was in the process of moving house. It was a challenging time, and I was under a lot of pressure to find a safe and secure place to store my things quickly. The staff at Storage King made the entire process so much easier.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with understanding and professionalism. The staff, particularly Jen and David went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. They helped me find the perfect storage space and even offered it at a discounted price, which was incredibly helpful.

Their communication throughout the process was exceptional—they made sure I understood all my options and were always available to answer any questions I had. Their support during my move made a stressful situation much more manageable.

This was my first dealing with Jen and David, two people who I found very professional and extremely helpful, I had previously explained that we were moving quite a lot of furniture items from another Milton Keynes based company who were less helpful about access. The rental was initially 3 months and the price I was quoted was more than acceptable after paperwork was completed I was given a comprehensive rundown on how the operation worked. As it turned out the rental was just under 1 year, prices were renegotiated during this term as I didn’t want to empty the unit and move somewhere else.
As I required a lot of after hours access this was duly arranged without any issues.
A very helpful company and both Jen and David couldn’t do enough for me. Highly recommended

The team were super helpful, always making suggestions for our requirements and there wasn't one occasion where i didn't get first class service. The venue itself is spotless, in good condition, and access is very straightforward.

We took on a unit to facilitate an office move. The location was great, really easy to access and we’ve had no issues whatsoever in the time we’ve been there. Even helpful to be able to rent a Hertz van directly outside the store. Jen on the front desk has always been friendly and helpful, a true pleasure to deal with.

Extremely pleased with the service, cheaper than others. I wanted 75square foot, was advised it was probably too much, so price became cheaper. Clean and tidy place with trolleys to use. I even booked a van to move from right outside the place. Its gets no better.
