The premises are clean and secure, I dropped one star because people can’t travel on the lift, lights in the corridors are on motion detectors so if you need to sort out something in your storage, be prepared to run in the corridors to get the lights back on. For a moment. So if you are fit, preferably drive, this is a perfect storage for you. The staff get full 5 stars and beyond though. They were always helpful, going for the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their service. I only left because I moved out of the area.

Have had the best experience with Storage King in Epsom. John and Izzy are so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. I had never used a storage facility before and was a bit apprehensive but they explained things so clearly. The units are clean and easy to access and plenty of trolleys to cart your things around. Security is top notch - I had some builders bringing things to my unit and they were very good about contacting me to make sure that the men were allowed access.

A small thing that also made such a difference was having the radio playing throughout the building. I did a lot of moving in the evening in the dead of winter and it made it feel a lot less spooky being there on my own! I'm half debating leaving my things there permanently and keeping a nice empty house! Thank you so much.
