I have been dealing with company for nearly 15 years. The staff have always been fantastic, friendly and helpful. I have just had a few problems with paying my bill. Probably mostly my ineptitude with technology and the complications of oversees transfers. They have been patient, helpful and not without a sense of humour.

We were very happy with our unit at Storage King in Crewe. It was just the right size for us. Our goods were stored in a secure location, with multiple security points. The staff were very friendly and helpful, too. Plenty of trolleys, too. I’d happily use the facility again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Had a quick response when looking for a storage place. The young lady at the desk was super helpful with showing us how everything worked as well as answering my endless questions I had asked for what the invoice would look like for the next month with the fees etc and it was done instantly and really helped put my mind at ease with expenses. We were unsure where to store our stuff and was leaning between here or the place in Stoke but after how lovely the people were and how easy everything was to set up I can safely say I’m happy we picked storage king in Crewe.

Gem and Rebecca were very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. It was no trouble to show us a large storage unit and even recommended Hertz van hire. That is why I booked a 175m2 unit.

Reserved the locker the night before, Rebecca greeted us in the morning and was very helpful. She explained all the do's & don'ts of using the storage lockers and recommended best types of boxes etc ... She was very friendly and professional! 10/10
