The assistance from the manager, Gennaro, has been excellent throughout. His approach to customer service is second to none! Having finally vacated my storage unit I will miss him. Should I require storage facilities in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful. Let me move to a smaller (& cheaper) unit than the one I'd booked when I realised I could squeeze it in. Out of hours access is super helpful. One minor point is that they use non standard locks, so don't bother bringing a padlock.

Excellent facilities and exceptional service. Gennaro in particular was very helpful and good at his job, fast responses to my emails and answered all my questions fully. On arrival he explained everything we needed to know clearly and everything was efficient and worked perfectly for what we needed.

The facility is great, the access hours and access methodology. The units are clean, it's well layed out and easy to navigate and the bathroom is always clean. The service elevator is in good condition and I found moving in, and out, and all of the paperwork very straight forward! 🦜💐 I also want to mention the great team that run SG, who even helped me when my car over heated! I especially want to mention Gerrano who was really patient with me if any of my admin was late and who remembered that I moved in on my own and when it came to moving out stayed late to help me with so much, packing 35sq ft into a van would have taken me so much longer if it hadn't been for his help, he really went out of his way and I cannot expressed that I appreciate it enough. The best regards to him and everyone at SG and thank you so much for making the experience great, I highly recommend it!
