We have been tenants of the APL for 20 years and it is no longer fit for purpose under current management. The building is dirty, poorly maintained and insecure. The security doors constantly fail and we have reported it many times - we have been told we do not pay enough rent to justify better security. We have reported the failings in cleaning and this weekend one of the toilets has been repainted (over the dirt rather than cleaning first, picture included). The car park is often dark and unlit and we have been told the reason is that 5 of the 8 lights have failed. We have reported that the 3 working lights have often been switched off. We have been treated very poorly by management after 20 years of tenancy with no issues with payment, we were referred to Sheriff Officers for a debt which included amounts we had not been invoiced for and when management were aware that out standing order was due to come out. We would advise any business looking to rent an office to speak to some of the existing tenants before signing. We deeply regret renewing our lease.

Terrible company, we’ve been renting a unit for the last few years, every time you report issues with the building nothing happens, we’ve had leaks, panels blown off the roof, and lighting faults and nothing done about it no matter how often you report it to the centre, horrific and inconsiderate service. Shocking 👎👎
