It's a joke. It's says there post office is opened until 7pm daily. I went to collect my parcel on Saturday at 3pm, girl on the till said it's closed now and I can come on Monday between 9am and 6pm.
Gone today at 3.40pm and what? I can't collect my parcel because "post office was closed at 3.30pm". This is what I was told at the counter.
So what for is a big poster on post office desk saying "your post office is at the shop counter now"?
I just think it's a laziness of the staff and should be changed quickly.
I will go to collect my parcel again and if still will be a problem I'll report it to main Royal mail department.
Disgraceful.

Does get frustrating it’s mainly closed they open from 6am to 2pm well that’s what they said but not sure as I go around 1ish would love it to be opened till 6pm so it’s easy at least can drop parcels off by 2:50pm and got and get the kids but need to leave the house and come back again then get the kids an hour later.

Awful!!! says it's open till 7pm it closes at 4.30pm, Post Office itself is never open when I go, last twice I've been in for a stamp I've been told they don't have any, this place needs a good shake up ....

Staff aren’t helpful at all, the post office doesn’t even open until 9AM so is misleading saying from 6AM and the staff were just out the front on the street chatting and smoking!

Zero stars...Post office constantly closed due to them being short staffed, pick and choose their own hours even when not short staffed and don't do the actual hours their supposed to be doing. Can't access my parcels so will most likely be returned...not good enough. The Step in to actual premises is difficult for mobility as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service from this post office!! My signed for tracked 48 hours parcel has sat here since Thursday .. when I should have had it delivered by Saturday. Pretty sure they've stolen my parcel. DO NOT USE!!!!!! AVOID !! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS

Went to beechdale post office today at 5.20 and surprise surprise it's closed and asked about opening hours tomorrow which is the 9th og June and there hours tomorrow are 12 till 5.30 if you ask me they need complete new staffing says 6.30 closing takes 2 minute to update the internet very poor service I must say
