What happened to the company? The transport department told me that there is a double yellow line near my store and the driver cannot stop to unload my pallet! Seriously?! They do not know the English laws on parking and unloading Or do they take me for a fool? And how did they deliver my goods to me for 15 years, stopping at a double yellow? And then in an explanatory letter call me angry? Or should I be glad that they did not deliver my goods? Stay away from this "competent" company!

Very rude customer service they have especially guy who answered my call today name William, from the start of the call upto he hanged up with my unresolved query. So I need to phone them again. He should be working there if such attitude. I hope Langdons can do a disciplinary measure against him. Avoid such company with rude and unhelpful staff. 👎👎👎😡

I told your depot manager that shop open at 9am but your delivery driver keep calling from 7:06am and trying to deliver when we are not opened yet. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be stressed. Most of them working in their Barnsley office are rude and clowns. Highly NOT recommended
