The car park itself is free, and the road to get there goes deep into the mountains. Smaller cars are best but some people fit vans there too. The road is very narrow. Very worth driving all the way to the end for the Steall Waterfall path

Car Park closest to the Steall waterfall walk. Be mindful that the lane leading up to the car park is single track with passing places. Lots of ruts and potholes too. The are no amenities, and parking is currently free.
For toilets, see the lower falls carpark.

The walk to the waterfall is lovely. Takes 30- 45 mins to reach the waterfall. Its not really a technical walk, apart from a few rocks which you may find slippery when wet. Absolutely worth the short drive from Fort William.

Do this hike!! The waterfall is great. The trail is well maintained and very do-able for most fitness levels. Parking is crowded so get a spot when you see one.

Great car park also no charge which is brilliant. Its quite big but on weekends probably gets full quickly. From this car park there is path straight away to steall waterfall and this is closest car park to it as well. Road to it is quite small and narrow but again worth it to go on. From here it's about 30 minutes walk through forest to get to waterfall.

Quite an adventure to reach the steall falls. But they are worth it and beautiful.
However, the car park is small and easily packed.

crazy walk to the falls but well worth the hazardous pathway that made up the trail as the waterfall was magnificent and breathtaking
