Disgusting customer service. The bank card machines barely work and because of this, even though I had already scanned my disabled bus pass successfully me and my daughter ended up stranded for over an hour waiting for a taxi, the kicker...I paid by card, successfully, just as I had been using my card all afternoon successfully. I'm sure the driver spared no thought for me and my daughter huddled for heat waiting for the taxi. This kind of incident is happening far too often and its not on. Also let's discuss revised bus timetables...Great, the busses may be able to stick to that right? Wrong, cancellations are a daily occurrence and not just one or two. Standing in the bus station the other day with a friend three consecutive busses were missed (helpfully the busses parked in front of us anyway so we had no idea until after depart was due and the bus just disappeared from the screen) this company has really been going swiftly downhill for the past few years and customers are paying for it massively. I wish I didn't depend on busses to do everything, I normally get home exhausted and stressed out from the whole thing

Just phoned to say that because Grand Parade Skegness is closed for 2 weeks maybe they should put notices up to inform the public there are no busses travelling up Lumley Road. I have just told an old lady who had been waiting for one hour. The response from Stagecoach was that the information is on the website. I said don’t be stupid. How many lid people use websites. She went on to say that it is the councils responsibility. How much of a disappointing answer and lack of interest can you have? Disgraceful disgusting behaviour. You deserve the sack!!!!

Overpriced and difficult to find fare information, their frequent rises aren't mentioned on most buses so you'll often find yourself shortchanged at the time.

I'm now boycotting them whenever possible as their "Help out" scheme was a disgusting bit of PR. Lowered the overpriced short trip fare (Β£2.60) to Β£2 for just over a month only then to raise it to Β£3 just before the Steampunk festival and have since kept it there even as people struggle.

A short 5 minute ride is not worth Β£3 especially when the same can get you from one end of Sheffield to the other with mainline as a comparison.

Timetables don't seem to matter and services are frequently cancelled (if you're lucky, they might tweet about it an hour after your shoddy bus was supposed to arrive). On top of that, the prices are extortionate and they have the disgusting practice of making kids pay adult fare before 9am. The only saving grace is that occasionally you get a nice driver. Unfortunately this company is unavoidable if you live in Lincoln, but fortunately it's cheaper and quicker to get a taxi or drive.

Another one of our public services who endeavour to help us get to where we need to be, can only suggest like any other company operating in difficult times to bear with them. Most of the Drivers are very welcoming, there will always be the odd occasion when things don't go quite right, though they are professional and there should not be any excuses, they are human. Just like the teams at shops etc.

Why aren't some of your interconnect/call connect services on the website? If it wasn't for 2 decades ago finding the other interconnect routes on the back of a printed timetable, I wouldn't have known that there is a service between 2 locations, which today I found on another transport website. So why is it excluded from yours? Is it classism? Interconnect and Call Connect are all under Stagecoach, so all of your routes should be on your website... whether it's a daily route or has to be prebooked. And why should any service have to be prebooked? yes, it maybe to get the mini van service to the depart location, but when the Call Connect routes are also designated routes, it's as if some commuters are being deliberately hindered. Given the villages and towns that commuters are led to believe to be able to get between, yet can't do so without prebooking/authorization, that is also perceive as classism.

And that's before the ever increasing prices in working-class areas; and the fact that in my town, you've mussled in thus negatively effected my towns century-old local bus company, Hornsbys, which as a consequence has been forced to reduce or even discontinue a few of their routes, loosing 1 which has resulted in severely negatively effecting my ability and the now-OAPs to get between 3 areas of my town. Hornsbys say that you're accepting each other's weekly tickets...just make sure you're paying Hornsbys, and in full.

You also discontinued the amazing Β£6 return 909 service between Scunthorpe and Meadowhall Shopping Centre, and between Doncaster and Scunthorpe, of which can now only be reached by train at an astronomical cost of a non-booked Β£20.

The routes you negatively affect & the costs you charge may be pittance to those who are middle-class, and with some taxis companies charging the train equivalent. Yet its extremely expensive to those who are low working-class or are medically/unable to drive.

And if the authorities are having any negative influence - I'm not talking financial - on your ability to provide a well-connected socially-mobile service to us bus-reliant commuters, tell them where to shuv it.

Grimsby service 4 bus consistently late every single Sunday. Supposed to be every half an hour but frequently very late or doesn't show at all. It's like this every single week. Considering the fares keep going up the service could do with going up also.
