Well signposted bus station, operated by Stagecoach South West. Level access from the adjacent railway station and the town centre is a 2 min walk away. All the stands are in line and easily transferable.
There is an information board to locate your bus and covered benches to wile away the waiting time.

Total lack of organization at the Dartmouth regatta for the park and ride and other buses. How hard is it to organize a queueing system?
Get better management.
Total lack of health and safety packing buses to maximum with young kids around.

Stagecoach service 12.every week we are having to wait up to 45 minutes in Paignton bus station for bus to Brixham and then 5 turn up together.disgraceful service.get some inspectors back to get it sorted.no hold ups on route could result in 5 buses arriving together. More buses on this route than any other route in Torbay but it is the worse service.

This was a nightmare. Wanted to go to Totnes for the day so we decided to get the 11am Gold bus at Paignton bus station. Unfortunately we got there early about 10.45 the 11am bus never arrived so we hung on for the 11.30 bus that never arrived but the 11am bus arrived extremely late at 11.45. This was due to traffic and road problems in Totnes. I never had a problem once I found out what the delay was for the 2 busses being late. My grip is, I was unable to contact anyone from the bus company. Each time I phoned the only number I could find I had to leave a message. Still waiting for someone to return my calls. They knew about the delays because the drivers informed the bus company. Why couldn't they ask another driver from a different bus just to let us know. I'm sure they could have asked one of them. I felt so sorry for two elderly ladies in front of us both very bad on their legs. I could have just walked away it was my choice to wait but the two ladies had to wait as its the only bus they can get home. The bus service is abysmal. Unless you want the number 12 they're every 10 minutes and 3 turn up together. The bus to Fox is also good every 15 minutes. Totnes is beautiful place to visit such a shame the bus is only every 30 minutes. We were going to go to Plymouth the day after but thought better of it as its the same bus.

The most unreliable bus service ever.the 22 bus from paignton to dawlish turned up 30mins late.no explanation or apologies.unhelpful,miserable staff and drivers.

Great service, On time, nice friendly drivers. Leaflet needs updating though as informs bus from Paignton to Hoburne Holiday Park is stand 7. Bus station sign is marked correctly however and stand 6. Otherwise top class service.

Don't normally write reviews for buses however, staying in Brixham we decided to leave car and use bus to get around Torbay. Number 12 was regular and on time even though the traffic was quite busy although this was June 2023 before school holidays. £2 to get to Newton Abbot, a great price. also used buses to get to Dartmouth, Totnes, Torquay. Drivers friendly, It was more relaxing not having to drive the car places then find parking etc. Good service thank you.
