Would recommend. Arrived early, clean cab and very friendly driver.
Went from Forres to Inverness railway station
Plenty of time and felt safe. Also very resonable would definitely use again

Absolute joke of a company, phoned for a taxi yesterday and was told 20-25mins, waited 50mins and they still never arrived. Tried phoning back and no answer! Spot on cabs more like jog on. Would give 0 stars if I could and definitely wouldn't recommend!

Used a few times , been very good , sadly today booked a taxi for 8:15pm and no taxi showed up , when called about said they knew nothing about it , really poor and disappointed. Have the call timestamped so can confirm when I rang and definitely spoke to someone

I phoned Spot On Cabs, Forres twice today to confirm our local pickup details. The taxi firm did not turn up and did not answer their phone. I had teenagers and parents highly upset that their local company had let them down. Please Spot On NEVER do this again to any other family. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like an apology. I will be contacting them.

Booked a taxi a day in advance to take me to the train station. Never appeared on the day and no answer when I phoned. Almost missed my train. Realistically, they're only in business because of the lack of taxi provision in the area.

I booked a Taxi from Findhorn to Inverness Airport. Very early morning run at 4am. I was worried first but very lucky choosing this company, because reliable, in time, comfortable car and a very friendly taxi driver! So everything perfect! But just make sure you book your Taxi at least a day before (if needed at an unusual time!), cause they are normal working people with families at home, so I guess they prefere sleeping during nighttimes! 😉

Wonderful, helpful and efficient. This business provides exceptional service, I would highly recommend them to anyone. The driver provided great customer service, very polite and arrived on time. The taxi was clean, smelling lovely & very comfortable.

Just awful. Waiting now for them to pick up 45 minutes late, no answer. This has happened numerous times. If a better offer from the airport comes in then everyone else is dropped. You cannot relay on this firm.
