spent thousands with them and had no issue until an order turned up missing some components, I raised this with them, took them over a month to come back to me and they basically said that i was lying and the components were packed.

the components were not in the box i received, I checked everywhere, including inside other boxes. As a result i don't trust them to honour any future missing component issues or warranty claims.

bottom line is they're fine until there's an issue then they are unhelpful and slow. whether i use them again in the future remains to be seen

Loyal customer for decades and had a *very* good relationship with Spire to the point I've stayed in touch with account managers long after they've left spire.

I had my first dispute with them. I wrote the whole thing up as I felt it had been handled badly and the communications had been poor.

Sadly this dispute escalated to a place it didn't need to, and got dragged out for an extended period of time, a large chunk of that time my emails were being ignored.

Recently, senior staff have made efforts to resolve and deescalate. I hope this is because they want to do what's right and best, rather than their main motivation being the removal of online reviews. I chose to see the best in them and interpret their recent change in tone with them wanting to ensure first rate relationships and service to their clients and business partners.

After feeling 'blacklisted' because of the way things escalated (This was my feeling, justified from my perspective, but Spire have stated that they don't ever intend to make someone feel like this), Spire are now making an effort to restore the relationship and build bridges. The mark of a good company is providing great service, the mark of an outstanding company is their ability to react and resolve when things don't go right.

I can tentatively say that Spire are shooting for outstanding but it will now take a while to reset and settle before I can trust them fully again. Of course I'll update this when my ongoing experience warrants a review update.

Most PCs seem to be out of stock when I check. Nobody ever contacts me to see if we're happy. When something goes wrong you have to go through the manufacturers returns - no direct help or chance of a refund from Spire themselves, even if they sell you a product that is dead on arrival. I get better service elsewhere TBH

I have been using Spire this year for all my pc needs,builds and parts.It is so nice that I have an slternative to Amazon.The service is great,I can order and collect the same day which is super convenient.Also the pricing is really good which is why I now use spire for all my needs rather than ordering through my usual online suppliers.Thanks Spire !!

Our company has been using Spire Technology for components for as long as I can remember.

Always had 1st class service from the various account managers that we've had over the years.

Special mention for Steven Roberts (our account manager) - he's always on hand when we need him, and he's a lovely guy. Also cracks a belter of a dad joke every once in a while too!

Brilliant company with amazing staff that take care of their customers.

I have been using Spire Technology as a main supplier for probably over 15 years whilst working for a company and lately running my own PC business. I cannot fault the service that I have received over the years. In all this time, I think that I have only had to use the RMA system a handful of times, and it is always professional and the item is either replaced or refunded without any issues.
The range of products they stock is brilliant and prices aren't bad either.

Reliable supplier, have worked with Spire for years. Website is easy to work with, good filtering available in products. Contacts in all departments always helpful and friendly, keen to support with securing stock and pricing is fair. Always a quick response for any queries and returns are processed with no fuss too. Honestly, no complaints and happy to recommend Spire for IT resellers 🙂
