We have used Speed Welshpool not only for storage but also for transporting pallets. They are a fantastic company we have relied on heavily and they have never let us down. We have no hesitation in recommending them and their services as they have made a significant difference to some of the work we can take on where storage is required, but we have no in house capacity.

Atrocious! Delayed over 3 days with poor communication then the driver got shirty and dumped 175 kg delivery at roadside.

Excellent service. I received an email confirming my appointment, I was pleased to have a 2 hour time slot rather than the standard am/pm or the dreaded all day appointment. Alec delivered my pallet on time and was polite and professional and when I had to speak to the office the lady on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

Hello, we received a delivery from yourselves today and the delivery driver was rude and unhelpful. He refused to deliver the parcel to the Graphics Department, Mill Street despite it being listed on the address. His attitude was unhelpful from his arrival, I informed him that I would contact our estates manager as the pallet would need to be delivered to another site, and given his attitude and resistance I felt it best for Richard to discuss it with him. I returned to inform the driver than Richard was on his way and explained the confusion surrounding the college address, he tutted, and turned his back on me without acknowledging me at all. When Richard arrived the driver refused to deliver the pallet to the correct address and as such, our estates manager had to unload a pallet on the wrong college site and transport the contents piece by piece to the correct site and department. Poor service and attitude.

After covid restrictions tightened daughter could no longer come home in time frame. I had been let down by another company, but friend mentioned Speed.would take large parcels, after a quick phone call arranged to drop parcels off. Speed staff made sure I knew the likelihood of the parcel getting this side of Christmas was slim, but assured me they would try.
I was totally stoked when I got the phone call that the birthday and Christmas presents had arrived under 24 hours later! They persevered getting grandad out of shower banging on the door!!
I just wanted share such a good experience as there is so much negative about.
Made my day. MERRY CHRISTMAS and again Thank you for such a speedy professional.service from start to finish. Raising a glass to a better 2021. Thanks

These people are awful. Do not deal with them if you can help it. We have been waiting for days for a delivery. All we get are broken promises that they will deliver on a certain day and nothing arrives. We have been waiting 4 days now and when we contacted them by telephone they refused to deliver today, asking us to arrange another delivery later this week. They have even lied to the supplier telling them that we agreed to a delivery later in the week. The owner did reply to this review, but when I sent an e mail I got an automatic out of office reply - another indication of the disdain with which they treat people. Outrageous service and attitude.

I just had a delivery of a small pallet from one of the most up-beat drivers you will ever meet. His positivity was just oozing out and he negotiated the crater ridden driveway with the loader without complaint, wheeled the pallet back down to the main road, loaded it and climbed back in to the cab inspite of having to squeeze by a sharp hawthorn hedge.He showed no sign of hurry and took time to sign the document which meant another walk up driveway The few words we exchanged showed this guy (Dorms) FE64XMK is top of the range and could find a solution for most problems, which he did for us. Great service! Thanks
